great service amazing views wonderful location easy access
the service was superb from start to finish! hotel staff. views from the restaurant and suite were amazing. the location is wonderful with easy access from the city and situated right by the beach, it was perfect for some relaxation. i would come back in a heartbeat!
the minibar prices are a bit steep for some snacks

the hotel is conveniently near many great restaurants. the beach access is direct and easy, offering immediate entry to soft sand and clear waters. a taxi to the city is around 11€ and a quick journey.

the staff was very helpful . upon arrival, i received a complimentary glass of champagne. the hotel provides beach access right in front, a major plus. i found the toiletries provided to be thoughtful.

attentive staff spacious room lovely balcony
The staff was attentive and professional throughout my stay. My premium triple room with sea view was very spacious. The balcony was like another room by itself (I spent most evenings there).
The piano music in the lobby could have been more relaxing some days.

charmed by the sea views
quick taxi great restaurants sandy beach lounge chairs
i appreciated the quick taxi ride to downtown. great restaurants were an easy walk from the hotel. the beach was sandy and the water was shallow, great for walking. the hotel provided plenty of lounge chairs near the pool (always a plus!).
i found the gym equipment to be a bit limited.

amazing view technical features kind team
My room had the Premium Double Room with Sea View. The view was amazing. The room offered some technical features, a real plus for my business needs. I found the team super kind and very helpful.
The bathrobe was a little too heavy.

Wonderful Hotel Experience
modern amenities sandy beach
The room included modern amenities and a nice balcony. The sandy beach offered a great place for relaxation next to the facility. I find the breakfast has many delicious choices. Palma city is easily accessible from the hotel.
The swimming pool seemed very small. There was not enough sunbeds near the pool. These limitations can be a problem if you want to stay and relax by the pool all day.

The hotel staff provided fabulous service. They were proactive and responsive to requests. Maria, Anna, and Delia all gave excellent support. Aroa at the front desk also provided excellent assistance.
